This policy explains what AGA Grading ("AGA", "we", "us") collects when you use agagrading.com or submit cards, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We may use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. These tools set cookies or use similar technology so we can see how visitors use our site, measure which ads lead to submissions, and show AGA ads to people who have visited our site. Meta and Google receive information such as the pages you viewed and actions you took (for example, starting or completing an order). Their use of that information is covered by their own privacy policies.
You can limit this by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, adjusting your Meta ad preferences, using Google's Ad Settings, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run AGA: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS), our email provider, our website hosting and security providers, and the advertising and analytics tools described above. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect AGA, our customers, or others from fraud.
Graded card details, grades, cert numbers, and card images appear in our public Population Report and certification lookup. These records never include your name, email, or address.
We keep order records for as long as needed to service your cards, handle claims and reviews, and meet tax and accounting rules, generally up to seven years. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Our site uses encrypted connections, staff tools are behind secure sign-in, and payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing email, by writing to support@agagrading.com. We may need to keep some records (such as paid orders) where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should place orders for younger collectors.
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
